CHILI PUFFED EGGS 
10-12 eggs, beaten
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilis, drain well

Crisco and flour 9x13 pan. Bake 350, 35-45 minutes. Test as custard.
