GREEN CHILI EGGS 
1 (8 oz.) can green chiles, seeded and drained
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Layer green chiles with cheese in a buttered 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Combine eggs with sour cream. Beat and pour on top of chili-cheese arrangement. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until puffed like a souffle.
