BLUEBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
3 sm. or 1 lg. raspberry Jello 2 c. hot water 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice 1 can blueberries, drained, save juice 2/3 lg. container Cool Whip 2 c. chopped nuts, optional After Jello is dissolved, add 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup blueberry juice. Set aside and let partially set. Fold in Cool Whip, drained fruit and nuts. Mold and chill. |
