1 1/2 C mashed sweet potatoes
2 C sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 9 5/6 pie shell or two small pie shells, unbaked

Mix all ingredients together and bake in large unbaked 9 5/8 pie shell or two small pie shells for 40 minutes.
