CREAMED CORN 
1/4 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. pkg. frozen corn

Combine milk, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper in sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and is blended. Add cooked corn and heat through. Excellent with fresh corn cut from the cob after cooking. Use 2 to 3 cups corn.
