NOW AND LATER DESSERT | |
1 pound cake, sliced 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar, divided almond extract 3 c. milk 1 large box vanilla instant pudding 1 can cherry pie filling 1 carton Cool Whip Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan with sliced pound cake. Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar, dash of almond extract and enough milk to make the consistency of whipped topping; set aside. Mix pudding with remaining milk; add cream cheese mixture. Spread over pound cake. Mix pie filling and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Can use different pie fillings and flavors of pudding. |
