RETTA'S EASY CHEESE SAUCE 
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese (more if desired for cheesier sauce)
2 tbsp. milk
dash of onion powder, pepper, parsley and chili powder

Microwave all ingredients for 3 minutes, stir and cook 3 more minutes.

This is great over cauliflower, broccoli, baked potatoes, or keep in a warming pot and use to dip French bread.
