7-UP CAKE | |
1 pkg. supreme lemon cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla Jello instant pudding 4 eggs 1 c. Wesson oil 10 oz. bottle 7-Up Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes and bake in 4 layers for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. FROSTING: 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 stick butter 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. flour or 2 tbsp. corn starch 3 egg yolks Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick. Stir in 1 can angle flake coconut and let frosting cool before putting on cake layers. Make frosting first because it takes longer to cool then layers. |
