1 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes
1 c. peanuts

Bring syrup and sugars to a boil. Add peanut butter, corn flakes and peanuts. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Cover with 6 oz. melted chocolate chips and 6 oz. melted butterscotch chips. Cut into squares.
