NOODLE - RICE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. butter 2 c. Minute Rice 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 2 cans onion (or beef) broth 1 lb. very fine noodles 1 c. water 2 cans chicken broth 1 tbsp. soy sauce Melt butter and brown noodles to light brown. Add uncooked rice. Put in 3 quart casserole and add rest of ingredients. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
