NOODLES & RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. butter 8 oz. thin noodles 2 c. raw instant rice 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans onion soup 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth Melt butter in frying pan; add raw noodles and brown while stirring. Mix together the rice, onion soup, chicken broth and noodles. Place in 3 quart or 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
