BAKED CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick sweet butter
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs

Bring ingredients to room temperature. In medium bowl, mix at medium speed, beat butter and sugar until mixed. Add cream cheese, one at a time. Beat after adding each egg. Pour mixture into greased pan. Place pan into a large roasting pan filled half way with hot water. Bake at 355 degrees for 1 hour in 10-inch springform pan.
