PADRE ISLAND POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. cooked potatoes, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. dill seed, steeped in 1/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Place potatoes and chopped eggs in bowl; set aside. In separate bowl; mix all remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes and eggs. Gently mix all ingredients together until well blended. Chill before serving.
