Oil
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned salt
Ketchup (optional)

Wash and scrub enough potatoes to serve your family. Do not peel. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Pour 1-2 tablespoons oil on a Teflon coated cookie sheet. Spread butter on one side only of each potato slice. Put potatoes, buttered side up, on cookie sheet. Season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When eating, dip in ketchup for added flavor.
