CURRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. butter

Saute onion and pepper in butter, do not brown. Add water, curry powder, salt and pepper, then mix well. Cover and steam over low heat, about 15 minutes. Add rice. Mix gently and serve.
