TUNA CHEESE BISCUITS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can tuna
2 1/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Cook onions and pepper in butter. Add 1 quart milk and tuna to onions and pepper. Thicken with flour and water. Pour in baking pan. Mix Bisquick and milk. Knead 10 times. Roll out and cover with 1 inch thick grated cheese. Roll like a jelly roll and slice and put on top of tuna mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
