FLORENTINE BISCUIT BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese whiz
1 (7 oz.) ham, chicken or tuna
1/4 tsp. garlic powder, optional
1 (5 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine spinach or broccoli, cheese whiz, ham in saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally over low heat. Spoon into 1 quart casserole. Separate biscuit dough, cut into quarters. Dip each in butter. Arrange around edge and middle of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until brown. Top biscuits with remaining cheese. Serves 4.
