HEARTY BISCUIT PIE 
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
6 refrigerated biscuits, cut in half
1 tbsp. melted butter
Parmesan cheese

In 8 inch square baking dish; blend soup, milk, and juice until smooth. Add tuna and mixed vegetables. Mix well. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir mixture. Top with border of biscuits brushed with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Yield: 4 servings.
