SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 c. butter (1/2 lb.) 2 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter. Sift together dry ingredients and blend dry ingredients with butter. Pat dough into ungreased 9"x9" pan. Press edges down. Pierce with fork through dough every 1/2". Bake 25 to 30 minutes. |
