HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1/2 c. onions
1 lb. hamburger
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
3 c. macaroni
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown onions in small amount of fat. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add macaroni which has been cooked in boiling salted water until tender and drained. Simmer about an hour slowly, stirring occasionally.
