WILBUR'S MEXICAN DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 onion, chopped coarse
1 lg. tomato, chopped coarse
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (mild, med. or hot)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella

Spread refried beans in ungreased 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Top with layers of sour cream, chopped tomato, chopped onion, salsa and top with shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips or nachos for dipping.
