BANANA - CHIP BARS 
3/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg, brought to room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugars. Blend egg, bananas and vanilla together and add to butter and sugars. Stir dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Cool. Cut into bars.
