CREAM OF THE COLESLAW 
1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. each garlic, onion, mustard, and celery powders
Dash black pepper
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
2 heads cabbage very finely shredded

Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add all powders, pepper, lemon juice, half and half and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour over coleslaw in a large bowl and toss until cabbage is well coated.
