GRANDMAW'S FAMOUS CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. rice
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1/2 c. catsup
1 qt. tomato juice
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 c. brown sugar
Nice size cabbage leaves

Combine ground chuck, rice, salt, pepper, garlic and catsup. Form into small rolls, wrap in cabbage leaves and fry until brown. Next, mix together tomato juice, tomato sauce, brown sugar, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Cook sauce until it thickens. Pour over rolls and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
