BUTTERMILK PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
2 small pie crusts

Beat eggs; add buttermilk and vanilla. Melt butter separately and add dry ingredients. Add egg mixture and pour into small pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
