PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 pkg. tri-color pasta
1 tomato, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Olive oil to cover bottom of pan
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 container light or heavy cream
Dash of red pepper

Saute vegetables in olive oil, add salt and pepper. Add 6 tablespoons butter to vegetables while pasta is cooking. Strain pasta, put back in pot. Add vegetable mixture and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, toss. Add 1 container of cream and dash of red pepper, toss and put in platter. Shrimp, mushrooms, chicken or veal may be added.
