PAN FRIED FROG LEGS 
10-12 frog legs
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 pt. water
1/2 c. condensed milk
Pepper
Garlic powder to taste
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Clean and skin legs. Mix salt and pepper with water to cover. Soak at least 2 hours and pat dry. Dip in milk. Add pepper and garlic. Roll in flour. Fry slowly in batter about 10-15 minutes. Do not over cook. Serve hot with baked potato and salad.
