LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
5 eggs

Mix all ingredients and beat for 3-5 minutes until smooth. Bake in a tube pan 1 hour at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 3 lemons

Blend sugar and juice in mixer until smooth. Pour glaze over hot cake while still in pan.
