BAKED SHRIMP 
1 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne
2 c. soft bread crumbs
5-6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and mix. Add bread crumbs; toss. Place shrimp in baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over shrimp. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
