PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
13 x 9 x 2 baking pan
Pam cooking spray
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Instant vanilla pudding (sm. pkg.)
Instant pistachio pudding (sm. pkg.)
3 c. milk
Coconut

Spray pan with cooking spray; mix press and pat flour, butter and chopped nuts into baking pan, bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, cool for 20 minutes. Next, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Next mix, both puddings and milk, beat until thick, pour on top of cream cheese layer. Put on rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut which has been broiled under a broiler until brown. First, cool. Chill in refrigerator. Serve.
