REUBEN SANDWICH 
2 slices rye bread
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Russian dressing
3 oz. thinly sliced corned beef
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. sauerkraut
2 tbsp. butter

Brush one side of one slice bread with melted butter. Spread Russian dressing on other side of bread slice. Place corned beef on dressing; top corned beef with sauerkraut, then cheese. Cover with remaining bread slice.

In skillet melt remaining two tablespoons butter. Place sandwich in skillet and cook until browned and cheese is melted.
