BROILED REUBEN SANDWICHES | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 12 slices rye bread 6 slices Swiss cheese 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Buddig corned beef 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained 3 tbsp. softened butter Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of each slice of bread. Arrange cheese, beef, and sauerkraut on mayonnaise side of 6 bread slices. Top with remaining bread. Butter outside of each sandwich. Place sandwiches on cookie sheet and broil each side until golden brown. |
