GREEK CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt

Mix together. Add: 1 lg. can pineapple (crushed), use juice also 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans

Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan for 35 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frost cake while warm.
