GREEK CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 cans crushed pineapple & juice (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c.)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter, softened

Beat eggs; add sugar, pineapple and juice. Add dry ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees 35 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
