HAM AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 stalks broccoli
7 oz. ham

SANBAIZU:

7 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. broth
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce

Also will need:

4 or 5 tbsp. salad oil
Sesame seeds

Cut broccoli into little bunches and boil in salted water. Cut ham into 1/3-inch pieces. Mix Sanbaizu and salad oil and pour over meat and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
