LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or whipping cream (whipped)
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add juice from 9-ounce can crushed pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until fluffy. Fold in pineapples, cottage cheese, mayonnaise or whipping cream (whipped), and chopped pecans. Chill.
