2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Sprite or 7-UP
3 bananas
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Juice from pineapple

Mix Jello with boiling water. After Jello is dissolved well, add Sprite. When cool add the 3 bananas and pineapple chunks. Refrigerate until set. Mix Dream Whip according to package directions. Blend cream cheese and mix with Dream Whip. Spread over Jello and chill. In saucepan whip egg. Then add cornstarch, sugar and reserved pineapple juice. Heat over medium heat until it has a custard like texture, cool. Then spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate.
