PECAN CHEESE ROLL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion

Combine all ingredients but 1 cup pecans. Refrigerate to harden. Shape into ball and roll in the nuts you saved. Serve with any kind of crackers.
