PEG'S PIE | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. crushed nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners' sugar 3 c. milk 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. INSTANT butterscotch or chocolate or lemon flavored pudding Mix flour, butter, and crushed nuts and pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream the cream cheese with the Cool Whip and confectioners' sugar. Spread carefully on crust. Add milk to the pudding. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip. |
