CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. whipping cream 1/4 c. sherry (cooking) 1 can sm. potatoes 1 can green peas Salt & white pepper to taste Place chicken breasts skin side up in a casserole dish with a cover. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste. (Do not saute them first.) Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the whipping cream and sherry. Pour mixture over breasts, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. The last half hour add small potatoes and green peas. |
