EASY BARBECUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. commercial barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in a skillet, stirring to crumble; drain. Add barbecue sauce and onion; stir well. Set aside.

Separate biscuits and place 1 each in muffin cups, pressing up sides. Spoon meat mixture evenly into biscuit cups; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 10 servings.
