CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 1/4 c. raw spaghetti (broken)
2 c. cubed chicken
1/4 c. pimento
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 to 2 c. water or chicken broth
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix pimento, pepper and onion. Layer spaghetti, chicken, pepper, onion, pimento mixture. Mix broth with soup and pour half over first layers. Repeat. Cover with grated cheese and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
