CHICKEN-TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
16 oz. raw spaghetti
4 c. cooked chicken-turkey, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pimientos

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Mix chicken-turkey, pimientos, onion soup, broth, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese. Add spaghetti and pour into baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is melted. Makes 2 small casseroles or 1 very large one.
