LIVER PATE 
1 lb. liverwurst
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. minced onion

Mash liverwurst with fork, thoroughly mix in 1 clove garlic, basil and onion. Mound on plate and form into igloo shape. Cover and chill.

Blend: 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Spread over liverwurst. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Just before serving, garnish top with parsley.
