LIVER PATE 
1 lb. chicken livers
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic
2 hard cooked eggs
2 sm. stalks celery
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Fry livers and grind all ingredients together (very fine).

Place in a mold which has been sprayed or greased lightly. Serve with crackers.
