LIVER PATE 
Pour boiling water over liver to remove the blood (it will look grey).

Cut liver into 1 inch strips and brown with 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup chopped onion. when it has browned well, add 1/4 cup cooking sherry, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Let cool, then run through grinder with 2 hard boiled eggs.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Then add enough mayonnaise to make a smooth paste, easy to spread. Keep refrigerated.
