LO - CAL OATMEAL WAFER COOKIES 
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 1/2 tbsp. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 oz. quick oats
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

In small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. In large bowl, beat on high, butter, sugar, milk, corn syrup, 1 tablespoon water and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour mixture and oats.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful 4 inches apart onto sheets; spread into thin 2 1/2 inch rounds. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on rack, carefully remove from foil.

Melt chocolate in microwave on medium. With spoon, drizzle evenly over cookies. Each serving (2 cookies) : 1 fat, 1/2 bread, 60 calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
