SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lg. sweet potatoes or 1 lg. can yams
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Mix well all together. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not make topping until casserole is done. Mix all for topping, put on top of casserole. Bake for 20 minutes.
