REFRIGERATOR RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs (or egg substitute)
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. shortening, melted (or vegetable oil)

In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix. To bake, fill cups on muffin pan 1/2 full and bake in 350 degree preheated oven 20 minutes. Remaining batter can be refrigerated and stored for up to 1 month in refrigerator.
