PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 c. evaporated milk

TOPPING:

1/2 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

In large bowl, mix all the above ingredients (excluding topping), until smooth and well blended.

In separate bowl, prepare topping mixture. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan and pour pumpkin mixture into bottom; now put topping mixture on top and spread evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Chill a few hours. Garnish with Cool Whip and crushed walnuts.
